Health is living in complete alignment with our sense of the Divine, by discovering our inner gift and making it the mission for our life. We can release the pain of the past and the fear of the future enabling a mindful `present` day allowing us to reach out to others. All this results in a deep sense of personal peace..

Healing is the journey to this place of allowing the Divine to flow through us. As all the mystics have known and spoken of, this path is surrendering to the Divine Will, becoming empty of our little ego’s to allow us to fulfil our true, God –given potential . As St Francis said, `to become an instrument of thy peace..` In the emptying is the filling. Herein lies deep peace...
